The Rundown: Trained by Keni’chiro Arai, Akira Tozawa was the third graduate of the DragonGate dojo, he made his debut on April 3, 2005. While a big name in Japan’s DragonGate the same can be said whenever he competes in DragonGate USA. Also very popular in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla where he’s competed against Low Ki, Chris Hero, Kevin Steen and others. Uses a Straight Jacket German Suplex as a finisher.

The Rundown: AR Fox began training in 2007 down in Atlanta, GA at WWA4, where he was trained by Mr.Hughes. Fox became the only triple crown champion in WWA4. AR Fox has also wrestled for Evolve, CZW (Where he held the TV Title) and Dragon Gate USA. Fox is currently on tour in Japan wrestling for the Dragon Gate promotion. He put’s his opponents away with his devastating finisher Lo Mein Pain.

Wrestler Spotlight: Tony Nese

Wrestler: Tony Nese

Height: 5’10”

Weight: 215 lbs

The Rundown: “The Premier Athlete” Tony Nese is an independent wrestler who has been wrestling for five years. He’s made a name for himself in the New York Wrestling Connection promotion, he has also wrestled for Evolve and Dragon Gate USA. More recently he made an appearance on RAW as a security guard and competed in a triple threat match on an episode of Impact Wrestling. A technical wrestler who can also fly, he puts his opponents away with a 450 Splash.

Wrestler: Daisuke Sekimoto

Height: 5’9”

Weight: 240 lbs

The Rundown: Daisuke Sekimoto first broke out on the scene in August 1999 when he had his debut match against Ryuji Ito. Sekimoto is best known for his appearances in Big Japan Pro Wrestling where he won six Tag Team Titles and has also held the World Title there as well. Daisuke Sekimoto shows off his strength in the ring be delivering his brutal Deadlift German Suplex to finish off his opponents. 


Wrestler: MVP a.k.a Montel Vontavious Porter

Height: 6’3”

Weight: 252 lbs

The Rundown: Since leaving the WWE in December 2010, MVP has since accomplished his dream of wrestling in Japan. Debuting in New Japan Pro Wrestling on February 20 in Sendai, he teamed with Taichi to defeat Togi Makabe and Tomoaki Honma. It’s safe to say MVP has been on a roll as of late and just last Sunday(5/15/11) he made history by becoming the first ever IWGP Intercontinental Champion, after a three day tournament of the NJPW Invasion tour here in the U.S..
